Orders & Shipping

Yes. We ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names or logos.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days, depending on location.

Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is a quality issue.

You may modify or cancel your order before it ships. Once shipped, changes are not possible.

Product & Privacy

All products come from certified manufacturers and meet safety standards such as CE and RoHS.

Wash with warm water and toy cleaner before and after use, then air dry. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
